My app crashed. How do I fix it?

Most crashes can be fixed with a reset or an update. To reset, force quit your app from any screen by double-clicking the Home button. Scroll left or right to find the Tinybop app screen, and then swipe up to force quit.

Then, make sure both your device and app are up to date. To check your device: go to Settings → General. Software updates will appear if you’re due for one. To check your app: connect your device to your computer, find it in iTunes, go to the App Store, and look in the Updates tab.

If the app continues to crash, please write us at support@tinybop.com. Be sure to tell us which app you’re playing, where in the app it crashed, and the device you’re using. We’ll address it as soon as we can.
