Here are a few things to try to fix this:
Check your internet connection. If your connection is good, this may be an App Store issue. Plug your device into a computer and sync it to iTunes; the download should restart and complete. Also, make sure your device has enough memory and storage.
Check your device. If you’re using an older device, our apps may not work. Most of our apps should work well on the iPhone (5, 5c, 5s, 6, and 6 Plus) and iPad (mini, 2, 3, 4, Air, and Pro). The Everything Machine works best on iPad 3 and iPhone 5 or higher, but will not work on the iPad 2.
Check the iOS version you’re using. Open Settings and go to General → About to see your version. For most of our apps, you need to be running iOS version 7 or higher. The Everything Machine requires iOS version 8 or higher.
To update your version, open Settings, and go to General → Software Update. If there is an update available, tap Download and Install.
