If your app won't download:

First, make sure you have a good connection to the internet. If your connection is good, this might be an App Store issue.

Next check to see if your OS is up-to-date.

Check and see if you have free space.

If everything seems fine, you might try restarting your device, going to the App Store and trying again.

If someone in your family download the app:

1. Go to the App Store.

2. Click on your icon (top left corner).

3. Click on apps.

4. Now either go to your apps or your family member's apps and download.
