Behind the scenes with our dev team
In a few short years, Tinybop has grown from a team of three to 20+. We’ve released seven apps and have more in the works. As we’ve grown, we’ve adopted new tools so everyone can keep up with projects.
To streamline the build process for our apps, we started using Unity Cloud Build. Initially, artists and designers waited for engineers to create builds which made it difficult to keep projects moving efficiently.
In the video above, Rob, our senior iOS engineer describes the impact Unity’s had, “once we switched to Unity Cloud Build, we as developers or programmers became less of a bottleneck because things don’t now have to go directly through us. We actually have a repository now that artists can commit to.”
