Coming soon: The Everything Machine
We’ve been huddled inside this summer, working on not one but two new apps! And next week The Everything Machine will be ready to play. It’s the second in our Digital Toys series of apps which are designed to empower kids to make anything they can imagine.
This next app gives kids a visual programming language to invent anything they can dream up using the tools and sensors on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Raul explains:
My kids used to call our iOS devices ‘everything machines.’ They can be tools or toys; entertaining or educational. This is fantastic but they’re also black boxes—kids can’t see how they work. The Everything Machine turns devices inside out and lets kids pop the hood to create their own machines.
