HQ update: Loves!

Loves is back! We’re always nose-deep in wonderful books, apps, videos, and websites for kids. But we’ve admittedly been a little behind in sharing the best of what we’ve devoured with you. While there’s already lots to, um, love on Loves, we’ll be adding new posts at least twice a week — your supply of good finds for kids of all ages won’t run dry.

Here’s what we’ve dug into most recently:

  • First up is Sideways Stories from Wayside School, recommended by Monique Hall, Research and Education Intern. Monique fondly remembers the book as the first to make her laugh out loud.
  • Floppy green mouths, crying rolls of toilet paper, and blow-up hearts embody the spirit of play in performances by Mummenschanz, the Swiss troupe recommended by Yin Liu, Junior iOS Engineer, and now on tour in the U.S.
  • And Maira Kalman’s Ah-Ha to Zig-Zag is an alphabet book for kids and adults alike, based on the Cooper Hewitt’s incredible collection of design objects, recommended by Youngna Park, Head of Product.

Find these posts and so many more wonderful things on Loves.
