A town comes together to rid a wasp problem by building a giant jam sandwich.
As a kid I was obsessed with extremes, perhaps best exemplified by my deep love for the Guinness Book of World Records. The longest swim? The highest jump? The biggest pancake? The most jumps on a pogo ball? I knew the records by heart. This obsession with limits and great magnitude extended itself to other storybooks, so when I came across The Giant Jam Sandwich at the library one day, I knew I had to have it.
